How to use
The appendices are for reference, not linear reading. The glossary defines terms that appear in Parts I–IV; the matrices consolidate the reference infographics; the map of the sciences answers "where do I study X?"; and the index points to where each topic is treated in depth.
With this part, the Compendium closes its complete 5-part structure. What evolves from here is depth, illustration (replacing the briefs with final art) and updating (Part III is an open era).
